Hello, my name is Lilly Nowak, and I am honored and grateful to introduce myself as Alpha Phi's Vice President of Membership Recruitment 2024. After leaving Alpha Phi on night one of Formal Recruitment, it was clear that I had an automatic connection to our chapter and the women within it. Beyond that, I distinctly remember envisioning myself leading the process that brought me to my forever home. I sincerely thank my sisters for turning that dream into my reality.
Alpha Phi is much more than an extension of Greek Life. To me, It is my foundation, family, and future. The women within this chapter have loved me unconditionally, challenged me implicitly, supported me firmly, and shaped me into the woman I am today. I treasure Formal Recruitment because it grants potential new members a glimpse into the sisterhood that has served me indefinitely in just three days!
The Formal Recruitment process allows current members of Alpha Phi to invite, educate, and interact with women interested in joining our organization. We want you to find your best home, and we promise to guide you as best we can. Over the course of three days, you will attend three parties at each respective house in the Panhellenic community, engaging in thoughtful conversations and activities related to our traditions, philanthropies, and values. I take genuine pride in my position as Vice President of Membership Recruitment, and I promise to uphold Alpha Phi's principles of truth, honor, and love as I lead our chapter in welcoming all who step into our home. When is Recruitment?
Oklahoma City University Formal Recruitment Registration opened on April 1st, 2024. The official selection process begins on August 14th, starting with an open house. This process will last three days, with the last day of August 17th being Bid Day!

What is Recruitment?
Formal Recruitment is a process where Potential New Members attend various chapters of Oklahoma City University's Panhellenic organization. This process is effective over a series of three days where young women will have the opportunity to meet new women on campus!
Do I need Recommendation Letters?
Oklahoma City University Panhellenic Chapters do not request recommendation letters. However, they are very appreciated!
